Shipping
Shipping rates vary according to destination and weight and size of package. They are shipped USPS. Other shipping methods are available upon request. Express shipping is available upon customer request. Customer pays all shipping.
All packages are insured for the total value of the car and the labor.
We ship national to all 50 states and worldwide. Some countries have extra charges. Please contact us for details regarding your shipping charges.
Order Processing
A confirmation email is sent when your package is received. When construction works is begun, a construction email will be sent confirming the start of the building process.
Once the car is halfway completed, a payment email is sent requesting half of the balance to be paid. A final payment email is sent once the car construction is completed.
When final payment is received, a shipping email is sent detailing shipping information and expected receipt date.
Orders are processed in the order they are received. Turnaround time depends on the type of car, the numbers of cars currently under construction, and the availability of parts. We will give you a completion estimate once we reviewed your project.
Orders are insured and shipped immediately upon full payment received.
Order cancellation
Order may be cancelled before the car is started. Once the car is started, the balance is due in full before the car is shipped back. Customer pays all shipping costs.
Items damaged in shipping are covered by USPS insurance. Customer and builder work together to file a damaged item claim.
Guarantee
We guarantee our craftsmanship 100 percent. If you are not satisfied with our work, please contact us immediately. We will do our best to correct any errors that are on our part. These errors are free of charge.
Any errors that are on the part of the customer, we will correct and will charge a fee. We will discuss this you prior to any corrections being made. We want our customers to enjoy their pieces for many years to come.
We appreciate referrals to friends, acquaintances, and other railroad enthusiasts. We want to keep our hobby going as long as possible.
